Childbirth Class

We welcome moms of all ages to our ongoing childbirth classes, held on the second Tuesday of the month!

Open to moms, dads and/or support persons, this class is packed with knowledge, support, and everything you need to feel more confident and prepared for your journey.

What to Expect

• Moms of all ages will learn about different birthing methods, doula services and safe sleep.
• Attendees will receive a complimentary bag filled with baby items, as well as a free belly band.
• Participants in our safe sleep presentation will also receive a pack & play after the session.
• Win fun prizes during childbirth bingo!

Class starts promptly at 12 PM. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early so you don’t miss any information.
